A thorough understanding that songs should tell stories, combined with a return to an old-school R&B vibe that makes a firm handshake with hip-hop and lyrics that mostly tackle adult issues (but still leave lots of room for shake-your-ass fun) is the mark of the music from Louisville's The Big Diggity.
